All the Circle Heads are requested to check any proposal being received for Oxygen Vessel installation & immediately dispose it off for approval / grant. All the cases for grant of licences shall be permitted to commission till 30.09.2020, pending inspection & endorsement of licence.
The Heads of Circle offices are requested to keep checking their email and redress the issues arising for Oxygen Vessel installations.
The Stakeholders (applicants) are requested to email their requests for application giving the OIN No. to email ID of respective Jt.CCE with copy to vkmishra@explosives.gov.in (Only for Oxygen Vessels)
